The rule, in short

Bybit lets an account with no referrer join an affiliate's community within 14 days of registration. After that, or if a code is already set, it can't be added or changed.

Conditions set by Bybit

• Within 14 days of registering the account
• Main account only (not a sub-account)
• No existing affiliate or referrer on the account
• Not a market-maker, broker or institutional account
• Some regions can't join for regulatory reasons
• Once added, the code can't be changed or removed

Steps

   Log in to your Bybit main account.

   Open Bybit's “Request to Join an Affiliate's Community” form (bybit.com/en/bind-code).

   Enter the HedraBack code EBACK, add a short reason, and submit.

   Check the result under Account Info, as described in Bybit's help article.

If you don't qualify

Older than 14 days or already linked? Bybit does not allow adding or changing the code on that account. HedraBack can't override an exchange's decision. If your account doesn't meet the conditions, the exchange won't link it.
