We only collect what we need: information you send through contact forms or channels (for example exchange name, UID and how to reach you), cookies, and technical logs such as IP address, browser type and pages viewed.

We use data to support you, reconcile rebates with exchanges, run and improve the website, and prevent fraud.

03Sharing with third parties

HedraBack does not sell personal data. We share only what is necessary with partner exchanges (to reconcile rebates), infrastructure providers such as hosting and analytics, or when required by law.

04Cookies and analytics

We use essential browser storage to make the website work and to remember your cookie choice. Google Analytics 4 is our only analytics tool and it loads only if you accept it in the cookie banner; until then no analytics cookies are set. You can change your choice at any time with "Cookie settings" in the footer.

Data is stored on access-controlled infrastructure and kept only as long as needed. HedraBack never asks for your password, OTP, seed phrase or an API key with withdrawal permission.
