Switch your OKX referral to HedraBack

Not possible on an existing account

The rule, in short

OKX only sets a referral relationship at registration. A code can't be added or changed on an existing account.

Conditions set by OKX

• The code must be entered before the account is created
• After registration or identity verification the relationship can't change
• One identity document can be linked to only one OKX account

Steps

   To see whether you have a referrer: in the OKX app go to Menu › Account settings › Profile › Referral rewards.

2. 2

   If you don't have an OKX account yet, sign up with the HedraBack link or code EBACK — that's the only way to be linked.

3. 3

   Use a private browser window so an older prefilled code doesn't carry over, and check the code before you finish.

If you don't qualify

Already have a verified OKX account? It can't be moved to HedraBack. HedraBack can't override an exchange's decision. If your account doesn't meet the conditions, the exchange won't link it.
